Driftless Delight: Dad’s Old Fashioned – A Wisconsin Classic

Driftless Delight: Dad’s Old Fashioned – A Wisconsin Classic

There’s something unmistakably comforting about a classic cocktail—especially one that feels like home. In Wisconsin, that drink is the Brandy Old Fashioned. Served up at Friday night fish fries, cozy supper clubs, and backyard gatherings, it’s more than just a cocktail—it’s a cherished Wisconsin tradition.

And at Didi’s Supper Club, we’re proud to put our own spin on this beloved drink. Featured on our menu as Dad’s Old Fashioned, this is our tribute to a true Wisconsin classic—crafted with Driftless Brandy and all the nostalgic fixings that make it a local favorite.
