Straight from our kitchen to yours, this dish delivers tender, golden‑seared chicken finished with a rich Dijon pan sauce that’s lightly sweetened with honey. It’s a dependable favorite our team turns to when flavor and simplicity matter most — no reservation required.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (avocado or corn oil — chef’s choice)
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey

 

Instructions

  1. Season chicken and sear in butter and oil.
  2. Cook 5–6 minutes per side until golden (Internal cooked temperature 165°F). 
  3. Remove chicken and add stock, Dijon, and honey.
  4. Simmer 2 minutes and return chicken to the pan.
  5. Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.

Serve Seared Dijon Chicken with roasted potatoes or broccoli for a well‑rounded, satisfying meal.
