The holiday season is here, and The Ingleside Hotel is glowing with excitement as we prepare to welcome guests to the 30th annual Country Christmas—Southeastern Wisconsin’s longest-running holiday lights experience! Our maintenance team and dedicated helpers have been working hard behind the scenes, and they can’t wait to share the displays they have been setting up for this milestone year.
Whether you’re starting a new tradition or returning for your annual visit, Country Christmas offers something magical for everyone. From holiday lights and animated scenes to festive activities and cozy treats, it’s a celebration that brings joy to all ages.
🚶 Illuminated Walking Nights
November 14–16, 21–23, and 26 | 5–9 PM (Last admission at 8 PM) | $10 per person
Take a leisurely stroll through a mile-long trail featuring over a million lights, whimsical holiday figures, and animated displays. A portion of each admission supports the Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County, helping families in need during the holiday season.
🚲 Bikes & Lights
November 24 & 25 | 5–9 PM (Last admission at 8 PM) | $10 per person
Enjoy a unique ride through the lights on your bicycle! Whether your little ones are pedaling on training wheels or you’re towing a trailer, this active twist on the trail is a fun way to experience the glow.
🚘 Drive-Through Nights
November 28–December 2 & December 4–January 3
Cozy up in your car and cruise through the mile-long Country Christmas trail. Once you are done, get out of your car and visit Village Park, Streets of Bethlehem, Christmas Village and Jingle Bell Junction.

- Streets of Bethlehem – Featuring a near life-size Fontanini nativity scene, modeled after the one at the Vatican.
- Village Park – A charming spot for a winter stroll and photos in front of the 42-foot Christmas tree and inside a light tunnel.
- Jingle Bell Junction – A free interactive play area with glow flowers, snowman toss, Reindeer Ring Toss, and more.
- Country Christmas Train – Just $1 per ride, perfect for toddlers and big kids alike.
