Housekeeping Information
For guests staying fewer than 3 nights, fresh towels and amenities are available upon request. For guests staying 3 nights or more, Housekeeping Service will be provided on the 3rd day of the stay. The room must be vacated during service.

Day Passes
Springs Water Park offers day passes for most operating days, available for advance purchase on our website. Passes are valid for the date and hours selected at the time of purchase. Everyone that enters the water park is required to wear a wristband.
Please note day pass guests are not permitted inside the hotel for the safety and enjoyment of our overnight guests.
Private Cabanas
Relax in your own private cabana during your visit to our water park! All cabanas are located near the indoor/outdoor hot tub area and include additional amenities.
