The Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park Looks Forward to Your Visit
For guests planning a visit to the property, below are some of the many protective measures we have implemented. We have and will continue to work closely with our local health department to follow their recommendations. As always, the health, well-being and safety of our guests and team members is our top priority.

Effective August 1, 2020, everyone is required to wear a Face Mask in all public areas per WI Executive Order #82, Emergency Order #1.
Increased frequency of disinfection in all public areas including the lobby, public bathrooms, elevators, fitness center, pool area, etc.
Every department is committed to frequently deep cleaning high touch points throughout the property using a hospital grade disinfectant.
Additional sanitizer stations have been added throughout the hotel for guest and employee use.
All interior doors that can be will be propped open. When doors are not able to be open, sanitizer stations will be available.
Check-In and Front Desk
We request that guests only have one member of their group in the lobby during the registration process.
Plexiglass barriers have been installed the front desk workstations.
Guest Service Representatives will be staggered to help maintain physical distance between guests.
All guest touch points are being disinfected frequently utilizing hospital-grade cleaning products.
Social Distance markers and signage have been added to the queueing area to ensure guests practice social distancing.
Guest Rooms and Suites
Traditional stay over service will no longer be available to avoid having employees enter your guest room during your stay. We are happy to deliver additional amenities if requested.
Guest rooms requiring maintenance will be done if needed when the guest is not in the room. Guests may be asked to move to a new room if needed in lieu of cleaning or providing maintenance.
High touch items have been removed from guest rooms.
All surfaces inside the guest rooms are cleaned between each guest.
The team deep cleans all high-touch point areas within the guest rooms such as faucets, door handles, television remotes/buttons, phones, etc.
All guest rooms will continue to be inspected by a Rooms Inspector, Supervisor or Director prior to being rented.
Our Housekeeping Department undergoes training to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness for guests. In addition to a week-long training at the time of hire, staff receive continued training in areas such as blood borne pathogens and chemicals.
Meeting and Banquet Rooms
Social distancing meeting room sets have been created are being offered to future groups.
Sanitizer dispensers have been added to all podiums and inside all banquet rooms.
Virtual meeting capabilities available.
Meeting Rooms will be deep cleaned.
All AV equipment will be sanitized between use (microphones, podiums, switches, controls).
Continental buffets and coffees will include house-packaged, single use or refillable options.
Safe Food Conference Service
Condiments will be single use or sanitized frequently.
Food and Beverage Areas
Restaurant Occupancy will be determined by the local health department.
All Chefs are Servsafe certified.
Food and Beverage outlets continue to meet and exceed all state requirements.
All surfaces such as tables, chairs, and high chairs will continue to be sanitized at the time of the outlet opening, closing and in between serving each customer.
Sanitizer dispensers have been added to coffee break areas, buffet lines, and food outlets.
Single use paper menus will be used in the restaurant.
Condiments will be single use in all food outlets.
Springs Water Park and Geyser Games Arcade
On March 11th, the CDC released information regarding COVID-19 & treated recreational water venues. “There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”
Springs Water Park capacity will be restricted to accommodate social distancing within the park.

Our water chemistry meets all industry standards. Readings are performed daily by our Certified Pool Operators and additionally are monitored 24/7 via computer.
Prior to park opening every day, we will continue to chlorine sanitize all tables, chairs, inner tubes, and the park deck area.
There is increased frequency of cleaning arcade games, handrails, counters, locker room areas, and other hard surfaces throughout the park.
Guests are being asked to sit and play in groups of no more than 10 people and to space themselves at least 6 feet away from other guests.
