COVID-19 Update


The Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park will be closing 3/19/20 – 4/30/20

In an effort to do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close The Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park. We have had no reported cases of COVID-19, however this decision is made in light of recommendations from state and national health authorities on restricting large gatherings. As always, the health, well-being and safety of our guests and team members is always our top priority.

For guests that have purchased overnight packages, day passes, and birthday parties during this time period, we will make these cancellations as soon as possible. Please be patient with us as we are working as quickly as we can. This process might take up to 30 days to complete.

Having been a part of this community for many years, we know we will get through these unprecedented times together. We appreciate your continued trust and support.
